The production of cover glass is a long process, which produces a lot of handling/transporting between processes/sections. At present, the handling/transshipment is mainly based on manpower, which will bring high secondary damage and low efficiency. Adopting Four-axis Control System designed by our company, the machine is simple in operation, rich in functions and fast and stable in the action of the robot plug-in box.

Software System

The position of the plug-in box is identified by visual system, and the glass position is automatically detected to guide the robot's plug-in action.
